If you’ve ordered several supplements and only wish to return a few, that’s absolutely fine. Each product is assessed individually against our return conditions.

Keep Everything Together
To process your return smoothly, please send back all original parts – that includes any inner sachets, measuring scoops, leaflets, or protective sleeves. Missing pieces may delay or prevent your refund.

What We Look For
We can only accept items that are unused, unopened, and in perfect condition – exactly as you received them. This ensures we can restock them for other customers.

Our Inspection Process
When your parcel arrives back with us, our team checks every item carefully. We look at seal integrity, packaging condition, and completeness before approving any refund.

Getting Your Money Back

When We Might Say No
